Very easy to operate, with a good manual and recipe book included.

The paddle which stirs the mixture drops down after use, so that this model has a much smaller hole in the bottom of the loaf. Occasionally it has to be dug out from the cooked bread – but no great problem.

Although a bit temperamental sometimes, the Morphy Richards 48268 breadmaker is much cheaper than the  Panasonic models and bakes excellent bread.

    A very good value bread maker. It would be 5 stars if the paddle didn’t get lost in the bread occasionally.
